他是一名经验丰富的体育老师，同时也是一位战绩辉煌的专业运动员——他就是Michael Freeman。一直以来，Michael作为上海美高双语学校的体育部主任，为美高学生带来了篮球、足球、羽毛球、韵律、瑜伽等多样的运动文化，以及丰富多彩的校际联赛，备受学生喜爱。

学历背景

I graduated from Rutgers University with a B.A. in Economics and is certified by United States Sports Academy in Sports Management. I have worked in management positions in America . I has earned several Academic Sports Awards in wrestling, football, and basketball.

我毕业于美国罗格斯大学经济学专业，同时也通过了美国体育学院体的体育管理认证。在美国的时候，主要从事管理职位。我还曾经在摔跤、足球、篮球领域取得过几项体育学术奖。

专业领域

Boxing and fitness are my specialty. I am also an accomplished wrestler, having gone undefeated for 2 years in the Mount Laurel Wrestling program. I was also ranked in the region and received scholarships to play football and wrestle for Division 2 Universities. In my basketball career, I hold the record for most rebound points and have also won a local basketball championship

拳击和健身是我的特长。同时，我也是一个成功的摔跤手，我曾连续两年保持美国新泽西州月桂山市摔跤项目的不败纪录。我的足球和摔跤也在当地排名前列，并获得了两所大学的奖学金。在我的篮球生涯中，我保持了最高篮板球记录，并赢得了当地篮球锦标赛。

My motto is “Winners never quit , and quitters never win”. My 5 years teaching experience allows Living Word students to be successful and strong in the classroom and in life.

I have over 5 years teaching experience in Sports exercise . I teaches kids how to be successful in the class and in their sports.

I have experience teaching, training, and coaching kids of all ages in all aspects of sports and fitness. As Living Word Shanghai’s Sports Director, it is my responsibility to ensure that all students are leading healthy lifestyles. When they participate in sports activities, I ensure that they are doing it properly and safely. Most importantly, I make sure they’re having fun.

我拥有丰富的教学、培训经验。指导过各个年龄段的孩子，包括了运动和健身的所有方面。作为美高学校的体育部主任，我有责任确保每位学生都按照健康的生活方式。当他们参与体育活动时，我会确保他们做的是正确的并且安全的。最重要的是，我要确保他们享受这个过程。

教育理念

I teach to prepare students for the next level of life. I teach kids to overcome and empower them for life’s challenges. To be successful in Living Word PE program you must bring a positive participation in your class. Pass monthly physical fitness examines. Being on time is a must. Changing into gym clothes will be considered extra credit.

我的教学是为学生今后的生活打下坚实基础。我教孩子克服困难，使他们能够应对生活中的各种挑战。如果想要在美高学校体育课程中取得好成绩，你必须积极参与课程活动、通过每个月的体能检测，当然准时上课是必须的。进入体育馆时，如果换上运动服可能会给你增加额外的学分。
