她在上海美高双语学校担任班主任,她是学生们的“知心姐姐”,她更是同学们眼中的爱笑天使,她就是Zero Zhao 老师。

工具论也好,文化论也好,都不能忘记语文既是交往的工具,又是文化的载体,同时还是民族文化传统的结晶。

Language is not only a tool for communication, but it is also an effective means of cross-cultural understanding. Chinese language is and has always been a highlight in traditional Chinese culture.

教学经验

I've been a homeroom teacher at Living Word Shanghai for the past 4 years. Prior to this posion I taught in a public school. I have a Psychology certificate and am a qualified counsellor. I have a deep understanding of the psychology and behavior of students; using the content that I have learned I am able to to communicate effectively to improve the behavior and habits of my students.

曾在公办学校也拥有教育经验, 在美高担任班主任一职已有四年经验,对于学生的心理及行为有着深刻的理解。曾自考心理师资格证,利用所学知识,积极沟通与改善学生的行为习惯。

树立价值观

School grades are important but much more important than grades is an individual's inner-development and the development of their physical and mental health. Proper development of these two values allows one to become a productive member of society. A child's development comes from his or her family, school, and the society in which they've grown up. No two children come from the same background; they all have had different upbringings and therefore have differing personalities. The uniqueness of their backgrounds needs to be considered when working with them in order to find adequate and useful solutions to their problems to aid in their personal development.

我认为一个人的成长不仅仅是学习的成绩,更重要的是个人的价值观是否能够得到体现。成绩固然重要,但更重要的是孩子是否身心健康并且成为一个实现自我价值的人。一个孩子的成长是由家庭、学校,社会共同参与的,因此他们有着不同的家庭教育,也有着不同的心理阶段,这需要依照个人的情况来帮助他们,解决他们的问题。从而使他们能够更好的发展。

教学理念

Because everyone has different values and opinions, I believe in letting students think for themselves and not allow them to be afraid to express their opinions. Not only does this make them feel more relaxed in the classroom, it also helps them to develop better studying habits. After school, they are able to utilize what they've learned in the classroom and apply it to aspects of their personal lives, never interrupting their constant growth as individuals.

每个人都有不同的价值观,所以在语文教学方面,我更多的是让学生们发散思维,而不是拘泥于一种答案。不仅让他们在学习中感受到轻松快乐,更能够让他们掌握自我学习,能够将多种信息集合并加以运用的技能。让他们在脱离学校教学后依旧能够拥有独立学习的能力,从而实现自己的梦想。
