自我介绍

My name is Wu Xue. My English name is Jerry. This semester I am the Chinese teacher of Grade 1 and Grade 4, I am also the homeroom teacher of Grade 1. Because of my love for children, I chose to become a teacher. Whenever I see my students eyes and innocent face, the more determined I become to improve myself as a teacher. I hold a Bachelor's Degree and hold a Bilingual Teaching Certificate, majoring in Education and Psychology. I am a passionate, dedicated, and motivated teacher. In my lessons, I am warm and passionate to my students and wish my students can learn how to love and be happier by learning.

我的名字是吴雪，我是一年级和四年级的语文老师，同时也是一年级的班主任。因为有着对孩子的一份爱，让我选择了教师这样一份职业。每当看到孩子们求知的眼神，天真的脸庞，更加坚定了我想要成为一名教师的信念。本科学历，拥有双语教师资格证，主修教育学和心理学课程。我是一名充满热情，灵活与真诚的老师。在教学中努力将自己的爱心、温暖、热情传递给学生，让学生因为我们的爱学会爱，因为我们的幸福而感到幸福。

我的人生态度

There is a kind of beauty called seriousness: my teaching experience tells me to be serious about every day, about everything.There is a kind of beauty called tolerance: plants need time to grow and children are the same way. Children need us to wait patiently and it is a kind of beauty. There is a kind of beauty called persistence: even the most ordinary, small, seemingly insignificant things must be done in a meaningful way.

有一种美丽叫认真：我的教育教学经历告诉我要认真对待每一天，每一件事。 有一种美丽叫宽容：植物的生长需要漫长的等待，孩子的成长更需要我们耐心地等待，那是一种别样的美丽。 有一种美丽叫执着：即使是最普通、最卑微、别人都不愿意做的小事，也值得去做!

教学风格

In the classroom, I try to let students find answers to their questions. Chinese is not a subject with standard answers; a lot of questions can be answered through the imagination of students meaning there will be a variety of different answers each time. I encourage students to use their imagination and expand the answers to their questions. I encourage any child who has answered a question by thinking for themselves. At the same time, in the classroom, I will give the children a lot of opportunities to show their own intelligence.

在教室里，我努力让学生自己去寻找问题的答案。语文并不是一门有着标准答案的学科，很多问题通过学生合理的想象，会有多种不同的答案。我鼓励学生发挥自己的想象力，扩充问题的答案。任何一个通过思考回答问题的孩子，我都是采取的鼓励的方式，告诉他们你是的。同时，课堂中，我会给孩子们很多展示自己的机会。
