在10月23-25日的上海美高学校家长会上，我们分享了四种父母与孩子的相处模式(家庭教养模式)。我们首先要放弃“严厉”和“骄纵”，取而代之的是，要以互相尊重与合作为基础，采取“和善”与“坚定”并存的态度管教孩子。和善即尊重，尊重孩子，尊重自己，尊重当时所处的环境; 而坚定则在于我们要和孩子讨论为什么要这么做，并让孩子参与制定规则。本次上海美高家长课堂就是详细讲解如何做和善而坚定的父母。

At the parent's meeting on October, we shared four parenting styles. First of all, we should give up "severity" and"arrogance". Instead, we should take the attitude of coexistence of"kindness" and "firmness" to discipline children on the basis of mutual respect and cooperation. Kindness means respect, respect for children, respect for yourself, respect for the situation; but firmness is that we should discuss with children what we should do and the reason, children are supposed to participate in the rule making. This lecture is to explain how to be a kind and firm parentin detail.

开放各年级学生家长参加。每个家庭限一位家长参加。每场演讲限额60人，额满为止。报名结果将由手机短信通知给家长，家长回复确认后即可参加。

Enrollment:

The lecture is open for parents of students from all grades. Only one parent per family is allowed to participate. Each lecture accommodates 60 people at maximum. We will announce the result of enrollment to parents via text message.
