前不久，上海美高双语学校G6的同学们迎来了一场受益匪浅的讲座。当天，上海美高双语学校聘请心理专家杨敏毅老师为同学们作了主题为“珍爱生命，健康成长”的生命教育心理讲座。旨在让学生学会体味生命的真谛和人生的意义，为孩子们带来心理上的滋养。

Several days ago, G6-G9 students had a rewarding lecture.We invited Yang minyi, a famous school psychologist, to give a psychological lecture named "cherish life, healthy growth". The aim is to let students learn to appreciate the true meaning of life, and bring psychological nourishment for children.

一开始，杨老师就“生命的定义”向同学们提问，孩子们都积极地参与讨论，他们在纸上记录，他们踊跃发言。许多同学都发表了对生命的理解。孩子们的发言，简单真实生动，富含哲理。

At the beginning, Mrs. Yang asked the students about the "definition of life". The children actively participated in the discussion. Many students have expressed their understanding of life. Children's words are simple but very deep and true.

感悟生命，“每日三省而吾身”并寻求自身发展道路。在整场讲座中，杨敏毅老师提到感悟生命就意味着我们要了解到生命的价值，对生命的态度，和对生命的责任。对待生命时，不应只考虑个人，还应考虑到亲人、朋友、爱你的人和牵挂你的人。

"Every day,we should think about ourselves at least three times”,we should feel and think about our life everyday. During the lecture,Mrs Yang mentioned that the perception of life means that we should understand the value of life, attitude towards life, and responsibility for life. When it comes to life, you shouldn't just think about yourself. You should also consider your family, your friends, the people who love you and the people who care about you.

课程结束后，不少同学分享了本次课堂的心得体会。小小年纪，就能在老师的带领下思考生命的意义，规划出自己的人生，为你们点赞!

After the lecture, many students Shared what they learned from the lecture. It is really meaningful and wonderful that the students can think about the meaning of life and make their life plan at this early age.

本次讲座增进了同学们对生命的理解，帮助同学们树立起积极、健康、正确的生命观，珍惜生命、敬畏生命，培养起坚定的理想信念。我们要在生命的过程中计划好自己的路线找寻自己的目标，才能找寻真正的价值。在这里，小编代表所有学生观众感谢杨敏毅老师，感谢她带来的这场让人受益匪浅的讲座。

This lecture enhanced students' understanding of life, helped students set up a positive, healthy and correct view of life, cherish life, respect life, and cultivate firm ideals and beliefs.
