还记得去年慈善游园会上，美高双语携手上海天使宝贝基金会的爱心捐赠吗?虽然活动结束了，但是我们的爱还在延续。近日，美高德育主任Lydia老师带领初中部代表们走进华博利星小学纪王校区进行“英语爱心助教”活动，为那里的孩子们带去知识和欢乐。

Do you remember the charity garden in the previous year, where LWS and Shanghai Angel Baby Foundation Love Donation had a partnership event? Although this activity finished, our love and empathy continues. Recently, teacher Lydia, director of moral education of MGM led the representatives of the middle school into the Jiwang campus of Huaboli Primary school for the "English love teaching assistant" activity, bringing knowledge and joy to the children there.

The children of Huaboli gave a warm welcome to the arrival of the charity team. LWS students prepared their teaching plans in advance, and then went into Grade 4 classes.

活动结束后，美高孩子们觉得本次活动的回报就是华博利星这群同学们的笑容，就是这些笑容让他们觉得自己“被需要”，也是这些笑容让他们有了将善举进行到底的动力。

除此之外，先前美高双语学校在家委会精心组织下，筹集23785元善款，资助了20位华博利星贫困家庭学生午餐。为了对美高双语学校、美高双语学校的家委会表示感谢，王伟忠校长向美高双语学校颁发捐赠证书。

Inaddition, LWS raised 23,785 yuan for the lunch of 20 students from poor families. In order to thank LWS and the family committee of LWS, principal Wang presented a donation certificate to Living Word Shanghai.

为了增进两校共进友谊，美高双语也邀请华博利星的孩子们来参加升旗仪式。在仪式上，利星的学生代表用最朴实的语言表达了对美高双语的感谢，他们绘制了精美图画作为回馈，用真实细腻的画笔，勾画着慈善公益带来的温暖，每一笔每一划每一种颜色都代表了他们小小的心意。

To promote the friendship between the two schools, LWS also invited the children of Huaboli star to participate in the flag-raising ceremony. At the ceremony, the student representatives of li xing expressed their deepest appreciation. They drew exquisite paintings live as a reward, drawing the warmth brought by charity and public welfare with real and delicate brushes. Every stroke was significant, every stroke and every color represented their small hearts.
