2019年12月14日，由七必翔足球俱乐部，享球少儿足球俱乐部主办的2019第二届“我爱足球”青少年足球半日赛在吴中路五星足球公园拉开帷幕。在这次比赛中，上海美高学校荣获U9三人制亚军、U11五人制亚军、U13八人制亚军，其中U9由Alex姚老师带队、U11和U13则由Bell俞老师带队出战。为上海美高双语足球比赛的历史增添了浓墨重彩的一笔。

On December 14, 2019 the second "I love football" youth football half day match hosted by qibixiang football club and Xiangqiu children's Football Club opened in Wuzhong road five star football park. In this competition, we are proud to announce that our school won the second place of u9 three person system, U11 five person system and u13 eight person system, of which, u9 was led by Alex Yao, U11 and u13 were led by Bell Yu. It adds a lot of color to the history of Living Word Shanghai Bilingual football match.

上海美高学校足球队拼劲流汗勇夺亚军

U9在小组赛中取得1胜1平1负的成绩以小组第二出线，寒冷的天气并未阻止他们奔跑的脚步，传球，运球，射门，一个个看似弱小的孩子，展现出了精彩的足球技巧，在淘汰赛中越挫越勇一路过关斩将杀进决赛，或许体力的消耗、运气的成分，在决赛中点球环节惜败对手，取得了亚军的成绩，虽败犹荣。

U9 in group 1 won 1 draw and 1 negative result in the second line, but the cold weather did not slow their running, passing, dribbling, and striking game. At first glance they appeared to be skinny and disorganized, but in reality they displayed great football tact, and the comeback in the knockout phase proved their determination to counter their opponents in the finals. Perhaps the use of their physical strength, luck, and a penalty from the other side in the final part was how they defeated their opponent and placed second. Although it wasn’t first place, the team was quite proud of what they had accomplished.

U11在小组赛中取得了2胜1平的不败战绩豪取小组出线，淘汰赛中更是大胜对手轻松闯进决赛。虽然在决赛初始，因为失误落后两球，但是同学们并不气馁，互相鼓励的样子非常振奋人心。一次次有利的防守，一次次强烈的反击，没过多久就扳回一球，并发起猛烈的攻势……随着时间的流逝，裁判吹响了终场哨响。面对第二名的成绩，孩子们难掩失落，但是带队教练则是不停的安慰和鼓励，让同学们向前看，激发了队员们的斗志…期待着下一届更好地发挥!

U11 In the group match, their undefeated record of 2-1 won the first qualification of the preliminary round, and once in the knockout match, the big winner easily reached the final. Although in the beginning of the final, they were two goals behind because of simple mistakes, the students were not discouraged and mutually encouraged each other through the unstoppable dynamics of their teamwork. The defense play became favorable in the second half, and a strong counter attack stunned the opponents, before long they pulled back to strike a goal through the launch of an offensive surprise. The referee then blew the sound of the final whistle. In the situation of the second place results, the players can't deny their loss and the team coach constantly used words of comfort and encouragement. Taking in the motivational messages, the students were inspired by the team’s morale and together looked forward to working harder on the next game!

U13代表队通过1胜2平的战绩，再次取得第二名……比赛当中U13的同学们不停的利用个人能力取得进球，也会因为失误而失球，但是同学之间没有互相指责，更多的是鼓励、加油，这样的团队才是教练们需要的，体现了美高学子积极向上，不畏艰难的精神。希望在下一次的比赛中能有更好的突破，取得更好的成绩，同学们加油!美高加油!

The u13 team once again finished second with 1 win and 2 draws... During the game, the u13 students kept using their team strategies to score goals, and would also lose goals due to simple mistakes. However, there was no fault among the students, but more encouragement and refueling. Such a positive team is what every coach dreams of, and this reflects the motivational spirit of the students and the morale of not shying away when being challenged. They hope to have a successful breakthrough in the next competition and achieve even better results.

此次足球比赛虽有遗憾，但比赛的残酷在所难免，擦干眼泪，我们明年再战!美高足球队——我们在路上。

Although we ended the match by falling to second place, the challenges and obstacles we faced were inevitable, so we welcome them with open arms. We learned to ignore the injuries, wipe off the sweat and tears, and we group up and tie our shoelaces to play hard again next year!
