In order to effectively strengthen the construction of the class teacher team echelon, effectively improve the class teacher's ability to work, and help the professional development of the class teacher, on November 9th, the Paddington class director's studio held an inauguration ceremony at 501.

上海帕丁顿双语学校班主任工作室由党支部副书记诸海萍领衔主持工作。工作室的成员们都是帕丁顿的优秀青年班主任。

工作室制定周密的工作制度，包括例会制度、研讨制度，培训学习制度等。明确了工作室成员的学期工作目标，年度工作目标，并要求工作室成员进行自主学习规划。

The studio sets up a detailed work system, including regular meeting system, seminar system, training and learning system. It defines the term work goals of the studio members, the annual work goals, and requires the studio members to carry out independent learning planning.
