上海美高双语学校社会科学部策划的社科知识竞赛如火如荼的开始啦。此次我们采用了风靡国际的一种问答游戏,参赛者选择回答不同种类和难度的问题,并获相应得分。学校老师可在课堂里运用它,作为学习评量或复习知识点的方式。
The second event was the Jeopardy Game. It is a kind of worldwide popular game made of questions and answers. Players choose to answer questions of different topics and difficulty, and then get scores. School teachers may use it as an approach of assessment or study review. The Social Science Department organized this game for the whole high school for the first time.
社科知识竞赛
本次游戏由Philip老师主持, 4组选手参赛。Joestar同学设计游戏画面。上海美高社会科学部的老师们设计题目,包含五个学科、五种难度、三个回合,共75道题。
This game is hosted by Mr. Philip. We recruited 4 groups of players. Each group has 4 persons. Six social science teachers made the questions out of five subjects, five difficulty levels, and three game rounds. In total there are 75 questions. Mr. Joestar made the game framework by revising existing templates, as well as creating new templates.
抢答题环节参赛者热情高涨、积极主动,同学们各显风骚、乐趣无穷,现场掌声不断,氛围十分活跃,让枯燥的知识变得有趣,达到了寓教于乐的效果。
The participants are enthusiastic and proactive in answering questions. The students show great interest and joy. It makes the dull knowledge interestingand achieves the effect of teaching and enjoying.

在愉悦的气氛下,上海美高社会科学周的场活动圆满落幕,通过本次活动使学生们熟悉了学术研讨会的氛围,透过不同学科的多元观点,呈现社会科学的丰富性;也体现了上海美高对学生学术领域教育的重视和关注。帮助孩子们跳出了校园知识的局限,努力激发自我兴趣!
The first event of Social Sciences Week came to a successful conclusion. Through this activity,students are familiar with the academic conference, which is important fortheir future study, demonstrate the richness of social science by displayingdiverse viewpoints of different subjects, and also reflecting the importanceand attention of LWS to the education of students in the academic field. Help children out of the limitations of campus knowledge, and strive to stimulateself-interest!
