“天水碧，染就一江秋色”，丹桂飘香迎嘉宾，秋菊溢金慰亲朋。2018年10月28日上午，上海帕丁顿双语学校校园内，处处洋溢着节日的气氛。汽球高浮，彩带轻扬，乐鼓声声，笑语阵阵，群贤毕至，高朋满座，大家欢聚一堂，共庆上海帕丁顿双语学校二十岁生日，庆典活动主会场设在学校大操场。

校庆活动

On the morning of October 28, 2018, the Shanghai Paddington Bilingual School is full of festival atmosphere. Balloons float highly, ribbons flicker, drums and laughter burst into the air. All the people gather to celebrate the 20th birthday of Shanghai Paddington Bilingual School.

上午8时30分许，在同学们的热烈欢迎下，奉贤区教育局党委书记陆琴、局长施文龙等领导，奉浦街道党工委书记、人大主任瞿军等领导，交大教育集团领导吴竹平、上海市民办教育学会秘书长金兵、奉贤区体育局局长姜洪娟、奉贤区交能公司党委书记瞿剑平、工业综合开发区的总经理翁磊钢、国家教育部中小学校长培训中心王红霞博士和社会各界领导及嘉宾伴着激扬的乐曲进场。参加校庆活动的还有教育局老领导、兄弟学校领导、校友、家长和全校师生，参加庆典活动的领导、嘉宾、校友和师生达2000多人。9时正，庆典活动正式开始!

Around 8:30 a.m., leaders, alumni, parents and teachers and students from all over the school attended the celebration, with a total of more than 2,000 people. The celebration is officially started at 9 o'clock.

校庆开场时，帕丁顿双语学校董事长王丹花女士致欢迎辞，她感谢各级政府、教育局及社会各界对学校的支持、关爱，感谢学校教职员工的辛勤工作。

At the beginning of the celebration, Ms. Wang Danhua, the chairman of the Paddington Bilingual School, gave a welcome speech.She thanked the other governments，Education Bureau and all sectors of society for their support and care for the school and for the hard work of the school staff.

紧接着教育局局长施文龙代表教育局致辞，他祝贺帕丁顿双语学校建校20周年，感谢民营企业家坚持以人为本、质量立校、服务学生、回报社会，坚持非营利、公益性的办学宗旨，并对近年来学校取得的成绩致以真诚的祝福与鼓励。

The Director for Education, Mr. Shi Wenlong, delivered a speech on behalf of the Education Bureau. He congratulated Paddington Bilingual School on its 20th anniversary. He thanked the private entrepreneurs for their adherence to the principle of people-oriented, quality-oriented, student-service and social return, and for their adherence to the principle of non-profit and public welfare. He also expressed sincere congratulations and encouragement to the school's achievements in recent years.

Domestic and foreign cooperative organizations and alumni also sent videos to congratulate the school on its 20 th birthday. 为了学生的眼睛健康，唐敏跃校长与浙江大学眼科研究所中小学防控近视项目曹照云技术总监签约。

For the sake of students'eye health, President Tang Minyue signed a contract with Cao Zhaoyun, Technical Director of the Prevention and Control of Myopia Project of the Institute of Ophthalmology, Zhejiang University.

庆典活动在校歌《勇敢绽放》合唱和高高升起的气球中结束。
