Living Word Shanghai is an international affiliate of Living Word High School, located in Jackson, Wisconsin USA. It belongs to the Concordia education system, which gives it an incomparable advantage in terms of educational resources.

Living Word Shanghai offers an authentic American curriculum and AP courses; providing a seamless transition from the Chinese education system to American-style instruction. Students who fulfill the graduation requirements will obtain an American high school diploma from Living Word Lutheran.

Seminar

In order to let more students and parents come to know our school, Mr. Fang Zheng, the chairman of the board, will personally give a presentation for our guests. His discussion will include vital topics such as, how to prepare for going to America, key differences between China and America, and how to better guide students. After the activities, the Chairman of the School Board, the director of Admissions, and the rest of the Admissions department, will carefully listen to and answer all of your questions regarding your child’s education. The director of Admissions will further conduct private interviews with parents and students.

Campus Tour

The school staff will take you around our lovely campus and show you our dormitories, classrooms and other school facilities, as they tell you more about us. Visitors can also enjoy a video for the Real Madrid Soccer Summer Camp.

Registration Material

We will test students in English and math and conduct a comprehensive interview. Please bring the following materials:

※ 500 RMB for application fee

The application form, filled in (will be emailed to you)

※ Transcript from last semester (English version required)

※ Either the parent or applicant’s original and photocopy of Identity Card or passport

※ Recommendation letter form course instructor or teacher and, or school principle
