2018年5月31日下午，上海美高双语学校科学展在体育馆拉开帷幕。同学们积极行动，将STEM课程中的内容进行创造和实践，极大地培养了动手能力。

On the afternoon of May 31st, Science Fair at Living Word Shanghai officially began! Students took active actions to create and practice the contents of STEM courses, which greatly cultivated their practical ability.

此次科学展的作品制作过程横跨物理、化学、生物、数学和IT等学科。学生可自由选择学科与实验主题，对科学进行实验和探索。最终展品主要分为三类：理论实践类、探索研究类、发明创造类。

Topics covered included Physics, Chemistry, Biology, Mathematics and IT. Students were free to choose subjects and experimental themes, and carry out experiments and explorations in science. The final exhibits are mainly divided into three categories: theory and practice, exploration and research, and invention and creation.

通过本次科学展活动，不仅发挥了学生的个人潜能，激发其科学创新精神，而且培养了孩子们动手和协作能力，为同学们提供一个放松大脑、放眼未来的空间，也为同学们提供了一个施展才华，敢于探索的科学舞台。

Through this science fair activity not only did students' personal potential be brought into full play and but also stimulated their spirit of scientific innovation. But also their practical and cooperative abilities were cultivated, providing students with a space to relax their brains and look to the future, and also providing students with a scientific stage to display their talents and willingness to explore.
