美高学校12年级毕业典礼于2018年6月29日上午9:45准时开始。12年级全体学校身着毕业服，隆重地参与到此次的典礼。

Living Word Shanghai’s grade 12 graduation ceremony began at 9:45 am on June 29, 2018. All students in grade 12 wore graduation clothes and attended the ceremony.

肖婧同学代表12年级表达了对美高的留恋及未来大学生活的畅想。

On behalf of the Grade 12 class, Xiao Jing expressed her appreciation for Living Word Shanghai and her dreams for college life in the future.

随后，Ms. Liz播放了老师们制作的学生VCR，看着画面上闪过同窗们的脸庞，台下的学生们百感交集。视频的最后写到：年少有你，谢谢你们出现在我青春里。这可能是当下大家最真挚的感想!

Later, Ms. Liz played a student slideshow made by the teachers. Students in the audience had feelings of nostalgia. The video conclusion stated: Thank you for your presence in my youth. This is probably the most sincere feeling everyone have right now.

当董事长方先生受邀上台后，讲述了丘吉尔、贝多芬和爱迪生三个人的励志故事。方董告诫同学们：人工智能的确会让你们未来面临更大的挑战，如果你们能具备判断力、创新性、坚韧的品质，任何的AI都没法替代你们。

Mr. Fang, the President, was then invited to the stage. He told inspirational stories of Churchill, Beethoven and Edison. Mr. Fang told students: artificial intelligence will become more and more prevalent in the future. If you have good judgment, creativity, perseverance, quality, AI won’t be able to replace you.

来自美国威斯康星州的总校校长Dave Miskimen发言的小故事令人深省：一个男孩梦想自己成为最伟大的球员，怎么踢都踢不进球门。最后，他灵感迸发：他是世界上最优秀的守门员!乐观的心态，是校长送给孩子的临别赠言。

Dave Miskimen, the principal of Living Word Jackson in Wisconsin, USA, told a story about a boy who dreamed of becoming the greatest player. No matter how hard he kicked, he couldn’t score a goal. Finally, he was inspired: to be the best goalkeeper in the world! Having an optimistic attitude is a parting gift from the principal.

最后我们荣获毕业证书的莘莘学子在大家的祝福声中合影留念，家长们也激动地为孩子们留下重要时刻的纪念。

In the end, students who obtained their graduation certificates took a group photo to the sound of cheering from students, teachers, and parents alike. Parents were excited to record important moments for their children.
