暑期即将结束，新学期即将开始!目前上海美高双语学校的老师们已经回到工作岗位，整个学校正在如火如荼地为开学工作做准备，等待着学生们的归来!

The summer vacation is coming to an end, and a new semester is coming! At present, our teachers have returned to work, and the whole school staff are preparing for the beginning of the school year, waiting for the return of students!

教师培训

8月13日至14日，学校各部门的负责人对新教师们进行了培训。老师们了解了美高教育集团的基本情况，学习各项规章制度，并进行了自我介绍互相认识。

From August 13 to 14, the heads of the all departments trained the new teachers. The teachers learned basic information about Living Word Education Group, learned rules and regulations, and introduced themselves to each other.

接下来的十几天里，新老教师们还将进行“课程计划、教学专家指导、班级管理事务”等各项培训。从教育理念到个人修养，再到技能提升，培训涵盖了新老教师们的教学全过程，这些将会对教师们教育教学能力的快速提升提供巨大的推动作用。

Over the next several days, teachers will also receive training in "lesson planning, instructional expertise, class management matters" and more. The training covers the whole process of new teachers' growth, from educational concepts to personal growth, skills improvement, all of which will provide a great boost to the rapid improvement of teaching ability.
