运动，不只是一种锻炼，也是一种自我的超越。3月26日，上海美高学校校园运动会开幕啦!在明媚的阳光下，同学们享受着奔跑的自由。

Sports are not just a kind of exercise, but also are self-transcendence. On March 26th, Sports Day is opening! Under the bright sunshine, students are enjoying the freedom of running.

这次运动会由四项运动组成，上午的篮球，羽毛球，足球同时进行。下午则是各班的趣味小游戏。

Sports Day consists of four sports; basketball, badminton and football in the morning, and fun games in the afternoon between classes.

篮球▪燃情校园BASKETBALL

篮球是最受学生喜爱的运动之一，每年运动会都会有它的身影，今年也不例外，并且增加了一场师生友谊赛。

Basketball is one of the most popular sports among students, thus it appears in annual Sports Day.

羽毛球BADMINTON

校园的另一角正进行的是同学们期待已久羽毛球比赛。同学们灵活支配球拍使其精准地接中迎面而来的羽毛球，展现着不凡的身手。

In the other corner of the campus, the badminton game is going on enthusiastically. Students flexibly controll the racket to accurately catch the oncoming badminton, showing their extraordinary skills.

足球▪驰骋绿茵FOOTBALLSports Meeting

足球作为绿茵场上最热门的一项体育活动，自然也出现在了这次运动会上。比赛双方都抱着必胜的信念，一场刺激而又热血的足球赛是一段值得永久珍藏的美好回忆。

As the most prevalent sports activity on the green field, football naturally appeared on this day. Both sides of the game hold the belief of victory. An exciting and passionate football game is a memory worthy of permanent collection.
