2015年9月上旬上海美高学校与上海交通大学外语学院ISAT考试研究中心进行了教育合作战略联盟，此举旨在为更多学生提供考试便捷，及时掌握最新美国高考信息，在高考前做好充分的准备，早日进入心目中理想的大学。美高也荣幸地成为交大100所重点中学合作成员中的一位。

On September 2015, Living Word Shanghai began working with the ISAT Center of ShanghaiJiaotong University’s College of Foreign Languages. This will help more studentstake SAT examinations, learn more about American examinations, prepare them forthe SAT, and help get them to the universities of their dreams. Living WordShanghai is honored to be one of 100 key secondary schools collaborating withJiaotong University.

合作背景：

2016年SAT考试将进行改革为了确保SAT考试的严肃性与真实性，美国college board构选择了办学历史悠久、有知名度且教学严谨的上海交通大学外语学院作为中国SAT在大陆落脚点合作伙伴。不断有家长提出正规上课之余希望学校开设SAT与TOFEL等能够通向美国大学的考试课程。为了更好满足需求，我校与交大的合作引进美国教育最先进的网络智能化PSAT系统帮助同学们适应美国的高考并通过该系统能够将您送入美国大学。与此同时，在中国境内还没有SAT的考点，此举极大方便了愿意去美国参加考试的学生，简化报名流程，不用飞往境外。同时也能够帮助在校学生较早预定考位，优先列入考区。

Partnership Background:

The SAT examination will be reformed in 2016. In order to ensure the SAT will beconducted honestly and sincerely, the American College Board choose Shanghai JiaotongUniversity, which has a long history with a good reputation and excellentacademics, as the partner for establishing an SAT foothold in Shanghai. A growingnumber of parents have asked us to set up more prep courses for studying inAmerica, like SAT and TOFEL. In order to meet this demand, we have started touse an advanced, online PSAT system to help students fully prepare for going toAmerica. In doing so, it will be much easier for more Chinese students to takethe SAT in China. Also, the collaboration will help students reserve exam seatsin advance.

题库功能：

智能系统会对学生的题目全面分析，不同于国内学校的人工阅卷，该系统只要学生认真做一道题目，该题目就会对答题的词汇、语法与解题思路等做一个全面的汇报。题库内的题目涉及逻辑、数学、词汇和写作。也有非常趣味性的内容如脑筋急转弯，答题积分、兴趣词汇和学习资料等。该系统还能对难易程度进行调节，如某一题做的不好，下一题会自动降低难度让学生有信心继续答题。美国的高考题更加偏向于综合技能与能力，因此题目覆盖量非常广，涉及许多方面。

Exam Question Bank:

Unlike the hand-corrected mock tests used in local schools, our “smart” system is ableto differentiate and thoroughly analyze each student’s practice test, as longas users finish the whole section. The system then gives complete feedback andsolutions for each answer. The sections contain logic, math, vocabulary, writing,and even fun content such as brain teasers, and problem-solving. The system canalso adjust the difficulty for each section. If you struggle on one, the system will make the next easier. Such preparation is vital because the SAT tends to coverall aspects of life and learning.

引导学生：

智能题库打破国内一考定终生的局面，该系统让同学们从9年级开始起对该题库进行了解。在答题的过程中交大老师与美国老师都会在线回答同学们的疑问，直接提供了与美国老师沟通的平台。通过几年下来的答题成绩对该学生进行数据跟踪验证记录为同学申请大学增加机率。学生在这个过程中学会的不断熟悉考试类型适应SAT考试，使得高考变得长期性、科学性和系统性。学生能随着解题数目增多，解题数目增加，不断提升自己的综合能力，在解题的过程中了解美国最新高考的题型。

Guiding Students:

The smart system breaks away from traditional,local testing that decides one’s whole life in one examination. This system helpsstudents learn subject categories and American examination styles from 9thgrade. Teachers from Jiaotong University and America can answer questions forstudents online, providing opportunities to communicate directly with Americanteachers.

系统安全：

在该智能系统报名的学生都能够获得美国最权威的高考题库。学生必须注重系统隐私，登录自己的用户名与密码才可以进入题库系统。该系统的智能性会非常敏锐地根据每一道题的答题时间和正确性进行判断，如果突然学生的答题状况与以往的情况完全不同，该系统会默认可以用户名密码被盗而自动关闭该系统。

System Security

The students using the smart system can gain the most authentic American SAT practice tests. Therefore,the students must focus on system privacy. Students must only use their ownusername and password. This system is very sensitive to the user’s behavior. If the user answers questions at a different than normal time, which means theusername and password may have been stolen, the system will turn offautomatically.

以上介绍的内容都是为同学们提供的学习服务，如果同学感到题库的许多题目经系统指点和老师解答后依然感到有难度，那可以选择额外付费让相关老师与学生进行一对一服务。

Extra Service:

If the student finds the testing too difficult, using the tools mentioned above,you may also, for additional fees, take face-to-face sessions with teachers.

合作考试中心将大幅度提高学生考试成绩，也是作为国际名校为学生提供好的学习平台。
