上海美高双语学校家长课堂来了，本期心理讲座主题为：如何为孩子立规矩? (上篇)How to Set Rules for Children? (Part I)

你经历过一大早一遍一遍催促孩子起床，而孩子却磨磨蹭蹭不着急吗?而且如果孩子上学迟到，他会怪罪家长，向家长发脾气。本课题将探讨：如何为孩子立规矩，孩子才愿意遵守;如何温柔而坚定的立规矩，孩子才不会抵抗。帮助孩子立规矩的目的是培养孩子的自制、负责、自主和爱心。(详情请见班主任发送的通知书。)

This lecture talks about: How do we set rules and make children willing to follow? How to set rules tenderly and firmly, so the children would not resist? The purpose of setting rules is to cultivate in children self-restraint, responsibility, autonomy and love. (More details can be found in the announcement circulated by homeroom teachers on WeChat.)

限定1-5年级学生家长参加。每个家庭限一位家长参加。每场演讲限额60人，额满为止。报名结果将由手机短信通知给家长，家长回复确认后即可参加。

The lecture is open for parents of students of Grade 1-5. Only one parent per family is allowed to participate. Each lecture accommodates 60 people at maximum. We will announce the result of enrollment to parents via text message.
