The English Debate Competition of Living Word Shanghaiis coming!I believe that most of you who read this article have watched a TV show called "Qi Pa Shuo", and every time I watche "Qi Pa Shuo", I will think, why don't we introduce it to the campus?

正所谓“以辩会友”，辩论赛不仅能使一个团队的同学间产生强烈的集体荣誉感，还提供学生们一个展现自我的舞台、一个放飞思想的地方,只要你想你就能。

As the so-called "debating friends", debating contest can not only create a strong sense of collective honor among the students of a team, but also provide students with a stage to show themselves and a place to let go their thoughts, as long as you want.

敢提常人之不敢提，敢辩常人之不敢辩，这是属于我们美高的奇葩说。我们用辩论来寻找真理，用逻辑来守护价值。

It's an important game for you to enjoy debating. We use debate to find truth and logic to protect value.

此次「美高奇葩说辩论塞」将面向G6-G12学生开放报名，根据年级和论题分队，一个队至少3名辩手上限4人(正反双方各4位)，具体辩论规则如下：

The English Debate will be open to G6-G12 students. According to age and topic team, a team will have at least three debaters and a maximum of four (4 forboth sides). The specific rules of the debate are as follows:

注意事项：

1、 请搜索以上两个主题并准备支持和反对的论述。

2、辩论周将采用淘汰赛。 队伍被将安排轮的比赛，获胜的队伍将进入第二轮的比赛。 这将持续到有最后赢家为止。

3、每个小组将分配8个45秒不间断发言时间的时间段，可以发表正方和反方的论述(足够让每个成员发言两次)。 最后还有90秒的提问时间。

4、每轮将以抽签决定来辩论哪个主题。

5、将会投掷硬币来决定哪支队伍为正方以及哪支队伍为反方。

6、所有学生都应在规定的时间内发言。

我们喜欢辩论，不只是因为他唇枪舌剑、你来我往，而是它借助语言的形式，讲出我们内心里那个说不出的声音，让我们明白，每一种观点都有着他内在的意义。

We like to debate, not only because we talk but because we uses the form of language to speak the voice that cannot be said in our hearts, so that we can understand that every point of view has its inherent meaning.
