The 2019 LWS students have achieved excellent acceptances. They have received excellent acceptances from the following prestigious Universities: UC SantaBarbara, UC Irvine, UC Davis, Case Western Reserve University, BostonUniversity, Northeast University, Washington University Seattle, Purdue University, Pennsylvania State University Parker, Fordham University, Ohio State University and University of Illinois. Also, admission into several College of Letters from many excellent universities, such as Champagne, Berkeley Conservatory of Music, Chicago Academy of Art and Parsons School of Design.

相逢又告别，归帆又离岸。六月的上海美高秀丽繁阴，六月的校园激情澎湃。6月21日下午1点，伴随着轻快的音乐声，我校2019届G12毕业典礼在体育馆隆重举行。校董方正、美方校长Mr. Miskimen、G12全体师生和学生家长共同见证了这一难忘的时刻。

At 1 p.m. on June 21, accompanied by lively music, the 2019th Graduation Ceremony of G12 was solemnly held in the gymnasium. Fang Zheng, the president of Living Word Shanghai, along with the U.S sister school Mr. Miskimen, all the teachers, students and parents of G12 witnessed this unforgettable moment.

典礼现场，毕业生们纷纷在签到墙上留下自己的名字，和同窗们合影留念，台下的家长们手捧花束，等待着为孩子亲手送上这份珍贵的毕业礼物。

At the ceremony, graduates left their names on the wall and took photos with their classmates. Parents held bouquets waiting to hand-deliver this precious graduation gift to their children.

本次毕典礼由Cici老师、Damian老师共同主持。随着倒计时的声音，典礼正式开始，G12的全体毕业生身着长袍纷纷入场。

The ceremony was co-chaired by Cici and Damian. With their voices in sync for the countdown, the ceremony officially began, and all the graduates of G12 came indressed in robes.

来自G12A的Michelle Jiang、G12B Cecilia Tu、G12C Jerry Gou三位同学作为毕业生代表发言，他们表达了对母校的追忆与眷恋，对教师的爱恋与感谢，对同窗的不舍与鼓励。对新的人生旅途充满期望。并将在未来的征程中，锤炼过硬本领，用远大理想拥抱新时代。

Three students from G12A, Michelle Jiang, G12B Cecilia Tu and G12C Jerry Gou, spokeas graduate representatives. They expressed their memories and attachment to their alma mater, their love and thanks to teachers and their reluctance and encouragement to their classmates. Expectations for a new journey in life. And in the future journey, we will hone our hard skills and embrace the new era with lofty ideals.

方正先生和Mr. Miskimen对毕业生们表示祝贺，并分别致辞激励同学：高中毕业，这只是漫漫人生路上的一个小小驿站，今后还有更广阔的天地任由你们去驰骋，还有更美好的前程等待你们去开拓。以后的日子里，无论你们身在何处，母校都会一如既往地关注着你们的成长和进步。你们在美高的足迹和回忆也将留在新校区，欢迎你们随时回母校看看。

Mr.Fang and Mr. Miskimen congratulated the graduates and gave speeches to encourage them to graduate from high school. This is only a small post on the long road of life. There is still a wider space for you to gallop in the future, and a better future for you to explore. 文艺表演环节，热歌、劲舞轮番上阵，热闹非凡。这一刻，家长们都拿起了相机，对准我们场上的表演者们。高昂的歌声、曼妙的舞姿，这是他们在母校的最后一次表演，他们以这场无与伦比的表演为属于他们的毕业典礼献礼，他们以这场精彩纷呈的表演对母校说：今朝再见，后会有期。

In the midst of literary and artistic performances, lively songs and flashy dances that amused the audience. At this moment, parents all picked up their cameras and captured the performers on stage. High singing and graceful dancing are their last performances at their alma mater. They dedicated their graduation ceremony to this unparalleled performance. They said to their alma mater with this wonderful performance: See you for now; there will be some time to meet in the future.

最后，毕业生们依次上台领毕业证书和荣誉奖状。同学们郑重地从Mr. Miskimen校长手中接过了毕业证书，体会了丰收的喜悦。高中生活是一本太仓促的书，一千多页的喜怒哀乐就这样匆匆翻过。亲人们上前送上鲜花和祝福，他们的青春与梦想，在这一刻荣耀绽放。

Finally,graduates go on stage to receive their diplomas and certificates of honor. The students solemnly took the diploma from Mr. Miskimen and realized the joy of harvest.

三年的青春、欢笑、奋斗，终究以一张毕业照而结束。匆匆时光，终会抹去学子们留在这里的痕迹，抹不去的是那留在脑海深处的回忆。毕业从来不是终点，因为青春，才刚刚开始。

Three years of youth, laughter and struggle ended with a graduation photo. In a short time, students will eventually erase the traces left here. What cannot beerased are the memories that remain in their deep mind.Graduation is never theend, because their youth is just starting.

三年前的点点滴滴，苦涩与欢乐都化成了我们最珍贵的回忆;担着这份责任前行，带着从容微笑、迈着稳健步伐、怀着善良的心灵，开始新一段的人生旅途。祝愿我们每一位美高学子前程似锦、一帆风顺。

Three years ago, hard work, bitterness, and joy have turned into our most precious memories. With this accomplishment, we go forward with a proud smile, a steady path,and an open heart to start a new life journey. I wish each of us a bright future and a smooth sailing.
