来自世界500强餐饮企业康帕斯(Compass)的区域行政主厨Maria Monaco，为美高孩子们带来丰富的意大利美食和有趣的披萨制作体验!

Compass Group, one of the world's top-500 ranked catering services, has sent their Regional Executive Chef, Maria Monaca, to Living Word Shanghai. She will share with the school her expert Italian cooking experience and the fun of pizza making!

Maria Monaco出生于意大利那不勒斯。她整个童年时光都在厨房里度过，跟着她的妈妈学习制作手工披萨、意大利面和各种甜点，和家人、朋友们分享这些美味。

她在许多地区都生活过，比如中东、南美、西班牙、英国、法国、澳大利亚、越南……这些异国经历和他乡文化都影响着她的烹饪风格，从色、香、味的各个方面都有所创新和借鉴。

她对于烹饪的艺术了如指掌，知道如何把食材变成美味营养的一道道美食，满足日常能量所需，同时也使用餐变成一件愉悦的事。

她最爱的意大利菜式是帕尔玛干酪焗茄子，当然，阳光明媚的天气里吃一支美味的意式冰淇淋也是她的最爱!
